Ruth Tannenbaum

Ruth has been a Residential Real Estate Professional since 1979. Based in Broward County Florida, Ruth has since entered the real estate business specializing in Corporate Relocation of both properties and transferred executive personnel, as well as working with local buyers and sellers.

Born and raised in Worcester, Massachusetts, Ruth, was educated in the Worcester public school system. Ruth is a graduate of Boston University having been awarded a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Art and Design. For almost seven years after graduation Ruth was employed by a central New England Architectural firm as a decorator and design specialist in charge of decor coordination for numerous commercial, retail as well as residential projects.

Ruth moved to South Florida in 1977, and in 1979 joined David her husband in his already busy real estate practice. Ruths high level of ethics, professionalism as well as achievements have over the years been well recognized.

Ruth has been the recipient of numerous awards including the "Leading Edge" & "Inner Circle" yearly while she was associated with Merrill Lynch Realty and the Prudential Florida Realty. She was also named to the advisory council for 5 years consecutively and was a chosen member of the Corporate Relocation "A" Team. Ruth and David joined Coldwell Banker in November, 1991, Ruth has been named to the Chairmans Club and the International Presidents Elite Group, and has earned her designation as a Certified Residential Specialist. Those receiving the CRS Designation must demonstrate specific expertise in applied residential real estate marketing. Less than two percent of all REALTOR®s in the United States hold this designation.

Ruth and David recently joined Re/Max Hometown as two of the top realtors in South Florida. Ruth has been responsible for corporate relocation counseling and sale of clients' homes in the Greater Ft. Lauderdale area for major firms and governmental agencies.

Born March 9, 1941 in Staten Island, N.Y., David was raised in Worcester, Massachusetts and finished his high school education there. David completed his education in South Florida, earning his degree at the University of Miami. He has both residential and commerical real estate experience in New England and South Florida. Mr. Tannenbaum was Senior Real Estate Officer for Royal Palm Savings Bank of West Palm Beach, Florida (1985-1986) responsible for the work out of all major real estate and loans.
